Friendly, Courteous Staff, Clean Room, Free Shuttle Service to Airport and Discount to Cruise Port, On Property Restaurant and Great Location (Rapid Transit 2 Block Walking Distance). 4 Stars instead of 5 because arrived early and room was not ready, but gladly will hold Guest Luggage for a Fee, per Bag. So much for courtesy, should be a flat fee and/or free, free, free for guests!

Convenient and easy. I would stay here again. The attention to our local culture makes a born & raised Washingtonian like me feel uniquely back home. Wish they had free coffee in the lobby past 10am, though. Otherwise a cool place to stay for sure! Especially for music fans visiting from out of state.
