"We had an amazing stay! Our room was clean, spacious and we had a great view of the eye. The location is very convenient to a lot of major attractions in London. We also ate breakfast at the restaurant-food was good and service was great! Highly recommend this hotel! "
"The staff was phenomenal. I got to the hotel at noon and was able to check in about 3 hours early which was wonderful after a 10 hour flight. The staff continued to check in with me throughout my stay and were very helpful. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was so nice! And the location was great. Highly recommend "
