“There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean. ”

“Although the property itself was fine for the most part, the treatment from customer service is disappointing. We were allotted a specific room upon arrival only to be told that they had switched rooms last minute. When we let them know that the newly assigned room was NOT what was booked, they insisted that they were correct only to realize they were wrong. We were allowed to use the room we initially booked. “I booked a one-bedroom and ended up having a two-bedroom apartment. The place is clean, with all the kitchen equipments as you need if you want to stay in for some simple cooking. Location is relatively easy - 15 mins simple walk from London Bridge station. The Wifi is VERY UNSTABLE though - it kept dropping in and out. As this is a work trip, it's quite annoying.”

There’s a free boat ride, and the staff’s attitude is 10/10 — everyone is ready to help, which feels very warm and friendly. Some rooms have been renovated and are spacious. There’s a convenience store right outside the door, which is very convenient, and there’s also a bus stop and a park nearby. It’s quiet, yet easy to get around. I would choose this hotel again."
