"I visited this property with my mom and her dogs in July 2025 and we had the most lovely stay. The house was perfect and the backyard so peaceful to let the dogs out and for us to decompress. The location was absolutely perfect - being able to walk to the iconic 17 mile drive was so incredible. We didn’t realize how close we were to such stunning ocean views! It’s also an easy 15 min drive to Pacific Grove and Monterey, which are also very dog friendly. The neighborhood was so quiet, everyone was so nice, and the gate as an added security step made us feel safe and welcome as well. Thank you Jackie and team for the best summer escape "

"This house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable furniture and beds, easily accommodated our birthday trip celebration with friends. The fire pit was so relaxing watching the sunset on the water and putting on the little green while conversing. Kitchen is very spacious and FULLY stocked. Lots of blankets, towels. We had such a great experience and will be visiting again! "

"The house was exactly as presented right off the 17 mile drive. There were 9 family members of 3 generations there to attend a baby shower for our granddaughter. The bedrooms downstairs were great for the soon to be great grandparents. There was plenty of space in the living area with a nice big table for us to play cards and board games. "
"We had a lovely time staying here over Fourth of July to successfully escape the firework noise for our baby (not allowed in Carmel). Great location — about 10 minutes from various local attractions. Great space for family. Had fun toys for kids. Some highway noise but otherwise very quiet and noise machines were provided. Going in through seven mile drive gate was quick with the pass. Great communication. Would stay again. Thank you!"

"Very clean home with a well stocked and organized kitchen, and the same with the bathrooms. Moss Beach and Point Joe are very easy walks. My toddler grandson enjoyed watching the deer and rabbits from the kitchen table, just as I had from my grandparents home just down the road. Very close to Sticks restaurant at Spanish Bay…our favorite for the food, views and atmosphere. Occasionally there was a very loud instrument playing from a house next door but it wasn’t problematic for us since it wasn’t during bedtime. (it wasn’t reveille that plays mornings and evenings from the Presidio) "
