Make some memories at this house located on a side road with a country setting. Just 5 minutes from Letchworth Park this 3 bedroom home is located on 6 acres with walking paths throughout!!! Enjoy some piece and quiet with your family. Home includes a deck and has a gas grill on the premises. A home away from home!!! Just a few miles from the Silver Lake Twin Drive in and Charcoal Corral. Located in the southeast corner of Wyoming county just minutes from Alleganey and Livingston counties.

Celebrated my husbands birthday
This was a very nice place and well equipped. We came to explore Letchworth Park and it was conveniently located close to it. We would definitely stay here again and tge host helped us with any questions we had. Highly recommend stating here

Very easy to communicate with Pat. We were able to check in before 3 pm. The house is great for us seniors because it is just one floor. Beds comfy. Bathrooms clean. Towels good. We were able to walk around the property. House is 3- 6 minutes drive to the Letchworth State Park. I hope the property is available next year around 2-3rd week of October.

Coming home
My husband is originally from the area. Price was right.The property and the amenities were wonderful. The hosts were available for any questions we had. Super clean. Really enjoyed the fire in the backyard. Letchworth state park in the fall is amazing. Also took a day trip to Niagara Falls. Nexttime maybe we'll see a movie at the nearby drive in!

Host Pat was very nice. We had toilet flush issue in one of the toilets in the evening , her husband came to property within half hour and fixed it . It was very pleasant to sit on nice patio in the evening . Very clean property . We wish there was an insta pot in the kitchen. Nice experience overall

We are repeat visitors to this house that I always call a lovely gem. It’s always nice to know everything is there when we arrive. The owner Pat is always quick to response if needed quickly if you have a question. Very nice place to stay if your there to visit Letchworth or just the area. The house is equipped with everything you would need, firepit, AC, gas grill, cable and nice deck to eat outside on and very clean. Always an A+ visit, that’s why we come back. Until we visit again Pat thx ! Dan & Micki

Great location for Letchworth Park
The owners definitely designed the house and yard for maximum enjoyment with deck furniture, fire pit and walking trail. The yard is large and well-kept for outside games. The house has an open area so there is no cramped feeling. The 3 bedrooms are good sizes with closets to store suitcases while staying there. The owners quickly respond to any questions or concerns. We will definitely will enjoy another stay here.

Hidden Gem
Absolutely beautiful and relaxing place to stay! Entire house was clean and well put together, loved the pictures of Letchworth hanging on the wall. From sitting on the porch to roasting marshmallows, walking the trail, and admiring the garden of wild flowers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Definitely visiting again!
