It is perfectly located, just steps from Long Sands Beach! Steve went above and beyond as a host and was extremely responsive to any questions I had. My only recommendation would be to consider a small washer/dryer for the unit. We would absolutely rent this home again and would highly recommend it to others! "

Two minor quibbles: rooms are too sparsely decorated, lacking a desk/table, and dresser, closet or other place to put a secind suitcase; and the whole inn complex is pretty noisy, not a big deal, just a fact that a lot of the people there are enjoying their vacation into the night, and the wallsvare pretty thin."
"Just far enough removed from the chaos of the Sands beaches but close enough to go to with a short drive. The beach within walking distance is perfect. We felt very welcome at Alli’s place and the privacy factor was just right! Great stay all around!"

"Everything from booking this very sweet, clean, and super comfy cottage went seamlessly!! We are very grateful as sometimes you just dont know till you get there :-) This cottage was perfect for my husband and I - right across the street from long sands beach and no need to find parking because you get a parking spot designated for you!! Literally walk up and the ocean awaits. Bed was super comfy too and loved we could bring groceries to tbe full kitchen. saver!! I didn't realize when booking that you're to bring your own sheets , pillow cases, and and beach chairs... but did not in any way take away from our stay! We bought some on our way in and worked out great for us! I only mention here because if you booked without noticing tbis minor detail... is a good heads up! We will be back!!! Also, the neighbors and other rental vacation folks were all very friendly... I've already recommended to friends and family, and we hope to return to their cottage. Thanks again! "

"Lovely home, in a beautiful area. My family was very comfortable, we had everyone from my 73 year old MIL to my 1 year old granddaughter. I think our favorite area was the dining room, it has a huge table, plenty of room for board games and puzzles. We had a great weekend there and highly recommend. "
