“Everything was clean and new. Only minor issues. Bathroom fixtures such as shower handle and towel bars were not tightened properly. The shower handle came off. Also our ground floor property had no patio furniture. Had I know I would have tried to get a second floor unit ”

The pool area was less than desirable, the sauna was closed until further notice and the hot tub was a funny color. But communication was great with property manager when it came to the parking passes and also the fire in the building on Saturday morning. We would probably stay again! Beds were great! ”

“The Brix is a great option for a family getaway to Duluth. Space is clean and thoughtfully decorated / organized to allow for relaxation! Kitchen is fully appointed with all utensils and supplies you might need plus an extra roll of paper towel! Great coffee/tea bar. We had plenty of towels which was handy for after pool rinsing. “We had a wonderful time staying at The Brix. The location cannot be beat! Walkable to so many places in Canal Park. The rooms were spacious, clean and so comfortable. My mother, who requires a walker and wheelchair assistance was able to have space to move around the rooms, bathrooms and living areas. The kitchen was a fantastic spot to sit and snack and wine fridge was a huge plus. Would recommend to anyone and will be looking to book again in the future! Thank you!”
