"Great customer service from all the staff, starting with valet Cameron and Lala were amazing every time when we left and return back to the property they were always smiling and courteous. Didn’t catch the bell captain but he was also very friendly and courteous. Richelle checked us and was also amazing. Giving us activity ideas and some great recommendations for places to eat. Room was clean and the room service team kept the rooms tighty and all the towels and supplies were well stocked. Overall, I would recommend this property, great location to enjoy the Waikīkī area but also easy access to Highways to explore other parts of the island."

"Great location, across of the international market, close to the beach and all the restaurants on one of the famous street, a very clean hotel including the room, friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant. The hotel has a third party which gives you chairs, umbrella and other stuff (up to three beach items per day) for free. Just loved it!"

There’s always an omelet and sausages, sometimes a fresh green salad, and overall there’s something for everyone to choose from. If this breakfast doesn’t suit you, there’s a café just across the street with excellent breakfast options, desserts, and coffee."
