Excelente service, well maintauned, great location, feiendly and helpfull staff

Staff was wonderful, clean room, breakfast delicious, we were just bummed the pool was closed. I LOVED the products, they were so lovely! Could you please tell me the brand of product you use in your rooms? I would really like to order the lotion. It’s amazing!

Bellview is absolutely excellent! Front desk - Emanuel is friendly, helpful and kind. The view is amazing from anywhere you stand. We had a patio to drink our coffee in the morning and sip our tequila in the evening. It was not crowded this time of year so we had the whole place to our selves. The pool has a view of the ocean and church towers. We received a free welcome juice. The Capella restaurant is beautiful and dinner was very good. Strolling violinists added to the dinner. Our room had free coffee and water. Mini fridge was stocked if desired. Add breakfast to your booking because it is complete with fruit, fresh juices, pan cakes, meat, eggs and coffee. It was amazing!!!! We feel in love with this small boutique hotel in city center near the church and malecón.

Pros: · Clean rooms. · Tasty but only Mexican-style limited international options. · Kids' club & nightly shows are outstanding – world-class entertainment for children. · Staff are absolute gems – performers, activity hosts, and service teams go far beyond their limits. Special shout-out to Ubaldo Reyes – a true star. They all deserve big raises. Cons: · AC does not work at all (not only 1 room problem) · Dinner reservation system is broken – book at 8/9 AM, seats gone in 1 minute, yet restaurants are half-empty at night. Walk-ins denied. Feels intentional. · Outdated IT system – needs to upgrade Staff polish old rooms brilliantly,entire property needs renovation --- To Management/Owners:Read Carefully: Your staff are carrying this hotel on their backs. They work tirelessly, often beyond their limits, and they are the only reason guests still come back. But where are you? Frankly, it doesn't seem like you care about staying competitive. Broken ACs, crumbling rooms, and a reservation system that frustrates everyone – while other hotels upgrade, you're falling behind. Are you even serious about this business? You can't keep relying on your employees to polish a decaying property. They deserve better leadership, better tools, and better facilities. Invest now – in new AC, renovated rooms & washrooms, modern digital check-in, and a fair reservation system – or watch guests walk away to your competitors. Your staff are saving you daily. It's time you saved your Hotel and them.

We give this a 10/10 for a 4-star stay. For it being a facility that is not strictly a hotel, we were amazed by the experience. We must open with that the staff did a phenomenal job with communicating early and even assisting with surprising my girlfriend with flowers, a snoopy gift item, and wine. They also facilitated excursion reservations and helped us select them. They were extremely detailed and answered literally all of my questions. The building itself was very well maintained and the staff was always greeting us with a smile and always happy to help. Booking through Expedia gives you daily room service which was a great plus. The minor details that impacted score were that when we arrived, although we notified when we would be arriving, we waited about 20min for someone to greet us and walk us to our room. Once checked in and settling in for the night, we found some trash under our nightstand while plugging in our charger. The door handle to the bathroom wasn’t fully secured and slid off when going to close the door. And finally, one of the reclining chairs was not operational. Our experience at the rooftop pool was both extraordinary but also felt restricted. They have a strict policy that is predatory in nature. I want to be very clear about my choice of words- you are not allowed to bring ANY outside food or beverages… not even the welcome water bottles or previously purchased bottles from the same bar. All of our drinks tasted good but poured with a light hand.
