We have been coming to all inclusive hotels all across Mexico, and this is our standard. Great staff, every meal delicious and every cocktail was great. Plenty of activities at the beach and great support. Was a trip to remember. ☺️”

“We stayed at the hotel for five days and it was exactly the peaceful, serene getaway we were hoping for. The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality really made the experience special. We chose this location because we wanted something quiet and surrounded by nature, and it absolutely delivered. The horseback riding experience was unforgettable and very reasonably priced. “No credit to offset the closed restaurants for an all inclusive and only buffet was offered. ”

“Upon arrival we were a little disappointed that hat the rental did not have a view as described in the listing. The balcony actually faces a brick wall. However, after a couple of days we realized that it was not important because the unit was well equipped and the top floor patio and plunge pool offered us everything we needed. The building is close to restaurants, the beach and the Malecón and unlike many of the others in the area, has a ground floor elevator. ”

“This hotel is wonderful! The people working there are very friendly and kind. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, air conditioning and breakfast is included. The property is well maintained, beautiful, and full of gorgeous plants. There is a rooftop pool and lounge area with a view of the ocean. I’m looking forward to visiting this hotel again!”
