“Pools werent clean pool decks hadnt been washed in quite a while pool chairs and umbrellas covered in bird mess pools had lots of floaters from plants birds etc areas food in the snack bar was often undercooked we were approached multiple times by hotel "concierges" about a "vacation club" presentation which amounts to a time share which we weren't interested in and felt we almost had to play hide and seek to avoid it. “The location is fantastic, super walkable with tons of great locations in Zona Romantica to visit nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little dated sure but my bed was comfortable and thats all that matters to me. My biggest takeaway is that if you want beachfront in the heart of Zona Romantica, the pricepoint of Playa Los Arcos can't be beat. Thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay.”

“The staff and resort was awesome. I liked the idea of the European plan therefore I wasn't always feeling like I had to eat at the resort so got to explore some great places to go. The pool and anemies were good. On the European plan it is cheaper to eat al a cart verses buffet and I find I can't eat enough to justify the buffet. Tip your waiters directly they really appreciate that and give great service. The fiesta night every Thursday is very with while going to. Great location so you……
