“We absolutely loved our stay, the only complaint is the jacuzzi didnt work and was always cold wgich we where really counting on after our long hikes to ease our muscles. But the staff was so friendly and amazing and eager to help. We liked the location as it was walming distance to the beach and the bis was close for easy transport around. Some of the structure was a bit outdated but still sound. There also was the sweetest and most amazing hotel dog named Canella that made you feel safe and……

“We selected this hotel because it had a beautiful view in the picture. When we arrived it had a lovely view of the sea, better than we expected. We had saved our money for one night to have a romantic evening with a view of the sea and bird watching in the early morning. But the room had many spiders, the sliding glass door didn’t securely lock (it would be easy for someone to break in), and people above us partied until 2;00 am. We were awake all night. No romantic evening with a beautiful view……

“This hotel is beautifully located right by the ocean, offering stunning views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The room was exceptionally large and spacious, with a private spa on the balcony and an incredible view of the sea. The property features several swimming pools, including a breathtaking rooftop pool. The grounds are also wonderful, with lovely gardens, as well as tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts. There is so much to enjoy within the hotel that you may not even feel the need to……

“We stayed at the hotel for five days and it was exactly the peaceful, serene getaway we were hoping for. The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality really made the experience special. “The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one).”
