“Beautiful place! Probably one we will return to multiple times. The service is incredible and I was so satisfied with how clean they keep the rooms and the amenities it comes with. The food tasted good and we dined most of the time there. The staff was helpful and it felt like we were getting treated with the upmost respect and priority. I think the price reflects the value of the property as it’s beautiful, the food is good with decent prices and the staff are friendly. We had a small confusion……

“The property itself is beautiful, the beach and surrounding areas are beautiful and clean and not so busy. The customer service is exceptional. The only cons are that there is not an AC in the bedroom, only 2 fans so the heat and humidity was unbearable during the afternoon. Additionally, they have a fridge in the room with snacks that gets locked the night before you check out without warning. We left personal items (new beverages and snacks) in the fridge and were not given the chance to take……

“We rented the penthouse (Del Sol) in the ‘offseason’ (July) for a 4 night stay. First, the views from our suite were INCREDIBLE and the way the room was decorated made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The bonus was our own hot tub on the large balcony. The property has 5 pools and the grounds are well taken care of and we had some tasty a fish tacos at the downstairs restaurant. Now the downsides… housekeeping stopped by once during our stay and after that we didn’t request it again. They only……

“Zona Z is a wonderful property! I stayed for the weekend and it was so peaceful. Fia does excellent massages. Pia and Marcella were very accommodating with my arrangements and arrival. It’s a good location in the Romantica Zone, easy walkable access to food and amenities. Would def stay here again. There is a balcony and pool which you can chill. My only con is the steps (which you will see in other reviews). There is no elevator or lift so be prepared to walk. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay……
