“The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It was exactly what we needed, centrally located to the baseball tournament we attended. The only issue that we had is that we drove 12 hrs to get there, arriving at 9:00 pm. We still had not received the check-in information. We had some issues with the door lock upon arrival, but the host was very responsive and helpful in resolving the access issue.
