“Ina and Scott were very responsive to emails. The house was very clean and had everything you need in terms of kitchen items and other amenities. The check in and check out was super easy. The house is beautiful! We had 10 people (4 couples and 2 singles) and had plenty of room. ”

“The Pratt House is such a unique place to stay. Although we only stayed one night , we thoroughly enjoyed it. We were served a beautiful breakfast and had great conversation. Our bed was comfortable and we enjoyed all the vintage decor. Our host left homemade brownies and fresh cold water in our room. For when we returned from our concert. This is where I would stay again if in the area. Thank you so much Alan and Ann.”
