“The hotel lobby is very night and feels authentic to the area. The staff are knowledgable and helpful. They had free coffee for the guests in the morning as early at 5am. The rooms were nice, updated and clean. The pool is hard to find but thankfully the front desk person walked with us to show us where it was. The pool was cold (not heated) much as the website says so that would be the only negative. ”

“We like to stay at the Best Western Rio Grande because it is easily accessible, close to Old Towne, it is clean, the grounds are well kept, the staff is great and there’s a restaurant that offers a selection for a free breakfast instead of corn flakes and a waffle. We had our small service dog with us and they were very accommodating. ”

“Front staff was very nice, hotel was clean, but our room was so hot that we couldn’t sleep. The lamp had a stain, and the electrical outlet was loose. The room was also very small for 300 dollars. ”
