Welcome to Glorious Daze! Our four bedroom/four bath private home is located along the sugary white sands of beautiful Holmes Beach on quaint Anna Maria Island. Desiring a quiet get-a-way with family or friends? Glorious Daze may be just the place for you. The Old Florida atmosphere still permeates Anna Maria Island, where noise restrictions are in place, Sundays are off limits for cutting your grass and beaches are not synonymous with party zones. We love the family friendly atmosphere and tranquility that exists here!
Abounding with amenities, Glorious Daze includes a golf cart, putting green, bicycles, beach cart, beach toys, private swimming pool, hot tub, grill, and more! All linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. are provided. We want your time away to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
All bedrooms have private bathrooms and private balconies. 3 bedrooms have king sized beds and the fourth has a twin over full bunkbed and an additional twin trundle. Retro gaming arcade in the spacious bunk bedroom. All bedrooms have flat screen Smart tv’s. The master suite is sure to take your breath away with its views of the beach and Gulf.
The open concept kitchen, dining and living areas are wonderful for preparing meals together or relaxing during the evening. High end appliances are sure to please every level of culinary expertise.
Stroll out on the large balcony and watch the sunset after a fun filled day at the beach. Glorious Daze faces west, so beautiful sunsets are practically guaranteed nightly. After the sun goes down, enjoy your private hot tub and pool. Located upstairs, the spacious laundry room is complete with a mini refrigerator, stove and microwave-perfect for families sharing the house!
The inviting backyard swimming pool is surrounded by gorgeous travertine decking and quiet spaces to relax and unwind or share dinner on the grill. Practice your game on our new putting green!!
Sugary white sand beach is 1 minute from the back gate.

A perfect family vacation
The layout and home is just lovely. Our 2 and 4 year old had the best time navigating the ocean and the pool. Their favorite part was the easy golf cart rides to Donut Experiment, the pier, ice cream, and the close restaurants. We loved the location of the home. Everything we could have needed was within five minutes of the house. We appreciated the tranquility of the beach and other residents. I’m glad we chose Holmes over Bradenton or Bean Point. I really can’t gush enough. It was an enjoyable, easy, and relaxing vacation.

Wonderful Vacation Home
This place has it all from amenities to location! We’ve been to AMI several times and this house is by far the best we’ve stayed in. It’s a short walk to the beach, close to the grocery store, and close to several shopping places and restaurants. The trolley stop is also nearby to take you up and down the island for free. The golf cart was awesome to have as well. Would highly recommend this house!!

What wonderful vacation home. Beautiful pool and outdoor area. New mini golf course huge hit with 5 year old granddaughter. Loved the views of beach from the decks and short walk to beach. Everything from the location to the amenities were perfect! The beach is a really quick minute walk away - perfect for catching the evening sunset. Our kids loved the pool and the video game machine in the kids room was an extra bonus. We will definitely be back!

This house exceeded all expectations. The owner was immediately responsive for the two issues that arose. The kitchen setup was perfect for the four cooks in our group. Plenty of everything for complex meals and a short walk to Publix as a bonus. The beach is a very short walk, with a generous array of beach amenities. All in all a delightful home away for a week.

Well stocked beautiful home. Owner was great to work with. Walkable to many places on the island, especially the trolley and Publix. It is not beachfront, limited gulf views - 2nd row. A tree was in the way of the main living area, but the primary suite view upstairs were fabulous. No direct access to beach, but a short walk to a public access. All the amenities were nice.

Glorious Daze!
The house, the property, the wonderful pool and the proximity to the beach-less than a 2 minute walk- are exceptional! MaryEllen is a joy to work with! She's available for any questions and helpful information you might want to make your stay fun and relaxing. The house is well stocked including essentials you need to start your vacation. This is our 2nd year staying at Glorious Daze. We hope to return to AMI next year and the only place we would stay is at MaryEllen's wonderful house!

Relaxing Stay
We returned to AMI the same week as we did last year, but fortunately no hurricane this time! The house was great as was the pool and the proximity to the beach. I wish we could have accessed the beach by walking straight from the house but it was a pretty minor inconvenience. We did have a problem with the air conditioning but Mary Ellen took care of it right away. This was the relaxing getaway that we all needed.

It was wonderful! Beautiful home, beautiful weather and all the conveniences you need. Mary Ellen was so helpful to check out the island after the hurricane to see if we would be able to come. And she was so responsive to questions along the way. The house was impeccably clean and great location near Publix, pharmacies and shops. Highly recommend!

Glorious Daze has all the amenities you could ever need. From cooking to the beach, all items were covered. There is a one minute walk down the street to beach access but it wasn’t bad at all. Our family loved our time At Glorious Daze!

This home was everything we expected and more! The host of this rental really thought of every detail! Everything provided for an amazing beach vacay. Starter toiletries provided including kitchen essentials. If you are looking for the perfect beach vacay look no further! This home provides everything from beach and pool necessities to a golf cart to travel around the island with ease. Excellent food and shopping options right around the corner! Also there is also an elevator at this home for moving luggage and groceries to the main floor. Thank you glorious daze!!

Nice home
Very clean and owner very responsive and helpful when internet malfunctioned. The two things that were disappointing included that we weren't able to walk straight out to the beach as indicated. The house sits further back a bit although on the beach between two other larger homes. We walked straight out before going inside the house and were loudly verbally assaulted by the older rude intoxicated owner of the home to the right in front of my 4 year old niece for walking out. We then learned by reading in the booklet inside the home we had to walk out of our back gate a block or so then turn left to reach water/beach, taking about 5 minutes. The brush and trees from the other homes really take away from the view from even floor 3, not to mention the owner who cussed at us blows his carport off at 7am every morning with a blower. Of course no fault of owner but something to consider when wanting a peaceful "ocean front" vacation.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this beautiful home! Everything was so clean and perfect! Short walk to the beach but we had all the things we needed to make that easy. The little kids loved the pool and the sweet kids bunk room. So handy to have a separate washer and dryer for towels, our son in law enjoyed the golf cart. It is so convenient to be close to Publix and other shops! Mary Ellen checked in often and responded quickly to questions. We will be back in September with another of our sons and his family! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This was our second time staying here. Great location, short and easy walk to the beach, great views, quiet neighborhood, well stocked house, love the pool being partially covered. The owners are quick to reply to any questions and have a great book with how everything in the house works plus listing of what’s in the area. We can’t wait to stay again!
