There is also a stacked washer/dryer on this level for your convenience.

Six steps up takes you to the dining are and kitchen. In the fully stocked kitchen you will have stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The large kitchen has a wooden service board. There is plenty of room to prepare meals for the family. The dining room sits just off the kitchen. A large table seats six. A wonderful spot for all to join and share a meal or a game of cards. Head up another six steps to the main living area. The soaring ceilings and wall of windows flood this space with light and the beauty of the island. Take the back steps down to the marsh and community dock, which is a peaceful place to wander and explore Seabrook Island's landscape. There is also a neighborhood pool that is in a beautiful, private setting just down the street. This is an ideal location with easy access to the Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, Lake House and bike path. Seabrook Islands 3.5 miles of beautiful beach is just a short car or bike ride away, as well as the Beach Club and Island House.

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

This property includes access to the Club amenities - oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities. These cards also allow access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool - no fees; indoor pool/fitness center - fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
