"The hotel was really nice. As soon as you walk in you’re met with a friendly welcome, lovely cool air con and a stylish entrance area. The staff were helpful and friendly. The beach is literally on the doorstep. The buffet breakfast and dinner (half board) are good with themed evenings. The rooms are styled simply with comfortable beds and cleaned daily. Hiring a car via the hotel front desk was super easy. A lovely hotel, would recommend. "
"The hotel is in great location. Just few minutes walking from the beautiful beach bay. There are supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Easily accessible from the airport by local transportation.
The only negative thing is the noise..the hotel staff should be more mindful of disrespectful guests staying in hotel that make a lot of noise late at night and take some prevention to guarantee good stay in a good and respectful environment for everyone. "

"Stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights. Arrived later than expected but it was an easy check in, friendly staff. Room was nice, clean and cozy. Ladies in room service in the morning are very friendly, very politely asked me if I wanted my room serviced, I didn’t until my third day and the lady cleaned it as I went to breakfast. Breakfast was very good, good assortment and options. Locations very close to the beach and great area, near bus stops to Palma center and airport. Would definitely stay there again. "

"This is in the center of Palma and close to many restaurants and activities. It was walkable to so much. Parking was a bit difficult, but they do have parking garages near by that are not affiliated with the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. There are multiple beautiful pools to enjoy. The breakfast was a bit pricy, so we didn’t get it. It was a buffet with many options it appeared. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. I would definitely stay again. "
