“Our accommodations were exactly as listed. Beds and bedding very comfortable and unit very sunny. Nice that there was a fireplace and came in handy on our one rainy and damp day. Best of all, location was amazing and main storefronts, wharf, tour trolleys and many restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely revisit Newport and stay here again!”

“Awesome condo close to everything”

“We booked a 2 bedroom condo for 3 nights. When we checked in, we were told we would be moved on the last night, but that's not what the listing stated. After a long conversation with the front desk, it was clear that they were not going to change their minds. Something about deeded properties and time shares. Nothing that was stated in the listing. The person we booked through VRBO stated that they would keep us in the same room, but after discussing it with the front desk again, nope, untrue.……

“This was a great place to stay in Newport. Convenient to lots of great restaurants and points of interest, we walked most everywhere we went. The pool access was great for our small kids who are ocean waders but not yet ocean swimmers. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed the roof access for sunrise and sunset.”

“Our stay was so much better than expected! This unit is super close to everything and has a great view of the marina. My husband enjoyed the view of the yachts. Great restaurants, bars and shopping within a few minutes. The unit was cleaner and much larger than expected too! The layout was very functional and the two decks were a pleasant surprise! ”

“Great weekend at the property. Close to downtown and Broadway. Leave the car parked and enjoy walking beautiful downtown. Come back and relax by the pool.”

“We stayed for Salve Regina's baseball playoff weekend. This property is impeccable- location is perfect! I don't know how we found it last minute as it's often booked months in advance. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with pullout sofa bed was perfect for mom/dad, grandma, and our 21 yr old son (who said the pullout couch was comfortable!) If you see this property available, grab it while you can!”
