I didn't know the Tree of Life was filmed there; so that was cool to see. Also, the town and food were pretty awesome!

If you're spending some time in Downtown Smithville, James H. Long Railroad Park and Museum and World's Largest Gingerbread Man are top sights worth seeing.

Place was nice and quiet location. Kitchen items needed to be updated. Wifi was out when we got there. Otherwise it was a nice place.

The place was spacious with good amenities. Driveway is a little rough and hard to find in the dark, but GPS has no trouble finding it. How was very responsive in advance as we knew we were getting in late.

You can take time to visit Buescher State Park during your travels to Smithville. Wander the lakeside or discover the mountain views in this family-friendly area.
Learn about the local history of Smithville when you take a trip to World's Largest Gingerbread Man. Take in the festivals and mountain views in the area.
Though Ascension Seton Smithville might be what brings you to town, perhaps you'll have a chance to explore more of Smithville while you are here.
