“We have always loved Kingston Plantation because of its location and the fact that it’s gated. Property was very clean and as described. Communication with property owner and property manager was excellent. No issues, family enjoyed the stay.”

“Check in was a struggle. We arrived early and was able to access the beach at the Litchfield beach club. We didn’t receive the 4 pm check in call and our unit didn’t become available until 7pm.The condo was perfect for our 6 person family and its location from the beach was convenient. “Condo was spacious and very clean. Neighborhood quiet, easy going (being off -season.). Grocery store nearby. Condo was very comfortable w great porch, comfortable beds, big bathrooms, each having a tub. Kitchen well-appointed. If coming up from south, have to drive a few north of community to check in but process was easy. “Nice condo - the listing photos are accurate. Be sure to bring beach towels and chairs, none are provided. I didn’t cook so can’t comment on tje appliances but it appeared to be well equipped. There was an oddly placed 2nd refrigerator in a corner of the kitchen - unusable because where it was located the doors couldn’t be opened & it was plugged in with a very small extension cord. Safety?? Couldn’t get an answer as to why it was there”
