Das Haus liegt (wie gewünscht) recht abgeschieden, doch in gut erreichbarer Entfernung von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Restaurants. Ein Wermutstropfen ist, dass es mehrfache Ausfälle der Wasserversorgung gab (inkl. Duschen und Toilettenspülkästen), einmal fast einen ganzen Tag am Stück.
