"Pros: The house is equipped with everything you need for a good vacation. The kitchen is a little bit outdated but has all you need. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them with bathtubs. The pool is clean, unfortunately, we did not use it because we were in February. But we was able to collect fresh oranges and mandarins right from the trees. The house has a central heating so it was always comfortable inside. I would definitely recommend this house. "Pros: Very quiet, no other guests visible. Groceries quite near (of course you need a car). We stayed in December, so we didn't use the pool, but we could. Some things in the fridge, so we were able to come down and have a coffee, before we really had to buy something. Large shower, good TV. The road at the house is a real adventure, come with a small car!"

"Wow! The villa was amazing and had EVERYTHING you would want and need (fully equipped with utensils in the kitchen, English channels on the TV, outside BBQ, basketball hoop, etc). The place was even more beautiful that the pictures indicated, with a large amount of space around the villa. It was great to have access to our own large pool, which again is much bigger than the pictures indicated. On the first evening, we did not have any hot water, but I messaged the owners and they were responsive...

"The suites are amazingly spacious and very clean. hotel is really well located we walked to old town alcudia from there, long walk but worth it as the buses passing by were pack solid. Very closed to the beach. Only downside is the size of the interior pool as there was a big storm in the island the pool was super small and very overcrowded."
