Okay for a short stay

Check in was easy no issues. Good communication throughout the stay. Home was clean and had the amenities listed. Those looking to stay here should know this is an older home located on the corner of a fairly busy street so there is traffic noise throughout the night.

Great Stay

The house was exactly as described and was central to the courses we played and was only a 40 minute drive to the resort courses. Will definitely stay here again when back in Spokane.

Great clean house!

We had an amazing stay. The house was clean and well stocked. The owners were prompt to reply with answers to our questions and clear with their expectations. We definitely plan to return and to let others know of our amazing experience.

Great stay!

Home was exactly what it said in the listing. Location was great with many great restaurants and shops in walking distance, it was hot out and the AC worked great. Back deck and yard were perfect in the evening and the fully fenced yard was great for our two smaller dogs. We'll stay here again!

Beautiful home

This property is beautifully equipped and perfect for us as we had our small dogs with us. The house is decorated very nicely, the sofa is quite comfy as are the beds. The kitchen is very well equipped with a coffee pot, toaster and even an air fryer. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again. One of the best homes we've rented so far!

YEARLY SPOKANE FALL TRIP

The VRBO was very nice & clean. Proximity was close to alot of cute shops, restaurants and breweries. Nice fenced backyard with firepit & cornhole. Hosts were wonderful. Perfect location. We will be back!

Our Favorite Stay!

What a great property!!! One of the most well appointed VRBOs in which we have stayed. Clean, comfortable, well labeled (simply) and lots of room! Perfect central location for getting to all of the places we needed to on this trip. Plus great places to eat within walking distance. They were super helpful when one of our party ended up arriving early. All in all highly recommend this property and these hosts!!!

Authentic Five Stars!!!!!

This charming home is full of extra touches that made our stay extra comfortable, from the abundance of fresh linens and towels to the inviting backyard that is perfect for a family hangout. The location was so close to several restaurants and shops. We enjoyed walking to coffee and dinners.

Charming Home & Neighborhood

Our family of 5 enjoyed a wonderful stay. The home was a great fit for us, and had plenty of space for us to chill together. We visited so many shops and dining options in the neighborhood. All within walking distance, and everyone was kind & welcoming. This place will be saved as a favorite for future visits to Spokane.

Charming home in the Garland District

Loved this home, all the pictures are spot on. Beds very comfortable and freestanding in all bedrooms. Very happy with all amenities, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows. Appliances well stocked it kitchen. Felt very safe and loved the area.

Spokane Visit

My daughter’s family and I spent three days in Spokane. We enjoyed the sights as well as our stay. The home is very comfortable and exactly as pictured. We especially enjoyed the deck out back and had several meals out there. The children, ages 6 months and 3 years old, loved the yard. We definitely recommend this home and would stay here again.

The location was everything described - easy to find, big enough for our people (coming in from three directions), and walking distance to the lovely Garland business area. Nice fenced back yard. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Immaculate all around. Good communications with the host.

Charming and well worth the price!

This well kept home in this charming and historic part of Spokane was more than expected. The pictures don't do it justice. It is much larger than it seems. We had 3 adults, 4 teenage boys (13-14) and a pup, in town for our grandsons state basketball championship. The interior is modern and has all the features you need. The kids loved the vintage Nintendo and it brought back memories for my husband and I. Close to the games we were attending. Would love to stay here in the spring or summer when we could enjoy the the deck and charming backyard.more.

Modern clean 3Bed/3BA bungalow!

Super clean, very modern updated house, comfortable beds, dream kitchen, well stocked kitchen & baths, super size flat screen TVs, Roku & Netflix, beautiful deck, fenced back yard, fire pit & BBQ. Super secure w/cameras & keyless door locks. We will rent this house again in the near future. Owners respond quickly to any questions & helpful. Great location.

Another 5 star stay!

Our 4th visit & the house is super clean & very comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the new recliner couch & huge TV. We felt like we were at a movie theater! We cook & eat at the house. Very nice modern kitchen well kitted out. Well stocked w/ pillows, towels & blankets. Easy communication with sellers! Thanks again till next time!
