Welcome to Ohio Cottage, a 4 bedroom house on the bluff in Spokane's popular Kendall Yards district. Take advantage of all Spokane has to offer from this beautiful home within walking distance of major Spokane attractions, excellent eats and sweets, local coffee, wine and beer, shopping, gourmet grocery, and even a spa. Walk out the front door to the Centennial trail for miles of running or biking, a Lime Scooter ride, or a stroll to Riverfront Park (1.06 mi). Sip your coffee (plus delicious fresh donuts, if you're feeling hungry, just steps from your door) on the private back patio with stunning views of downtown Spokane. This place is amazing. The beds are so comfortable! The house is clean and well stocked with just about anything you may need. The property managers were so helpful! The gave suggestions for places to eat and. Checked in with us to see how our relative fared with surgery. Couldnt ask for a better place!

Great location to access the parks and downtown, especially if you like a short walk, which we do. Very little interaction needed w/ the property owners, but very prompt replies for the few questions we did have. Bottom line, we’ll stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The booking was easy and the hosts were great and very responsive. Everything was smooth. The house had everything and all we had to do is bring groceries. The house was super clean and all the beds and bedding were so comfy. They even gave us a welcome gift which was sweet. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio listening to the water and birds. We even got to enjoy a beautiful hawk on the branch close by. I am not sure when we will be back to the area, but if we do we will be staying here it’s available. It’s a great place. wel
