The location is very good, shopping and dining are convenient, the front desk is fast, the room has no odor, the location is easy to find, and there is free wireless internet. “Run down, unpleasant smell throughout”

“We were expecting a hot tub and there wasn’t one. The room was cold and took a good hour before it got comfortable. The tv was very old and outdated. The remote for the tv didn’t work even after changing the batteries. When I went to take my shower the water was squirting out of the shower head all over the bathroom floor and the tub was filling up because there was a clogged drain and the tub became all slimy. We went to the office and all they did was say we can change your room and the room……

“We loved our stay at the Briar Barn Inn. It was a perfect stay for us and the out of town guests for our son's wedding at the Grove. The rooms were modern, spacious, clean and elegant . I loved all the gas fireplaces and beautifully decorated sitting rooms throughout the Inn. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. A simple , but delicious continental breakfast was perfect!”

“The room was clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the walls are quite thin so any noise from the floor above us or in the halls was distracting from a sleep perspective. The continental hot breakfast options were quite limited: egg with ham, pork sausage and potatoes -- consider next time, not having pork in the eggs. Not everyone eats meat!”
