“This was not a great experience. First they gave us the wrong room we reserved a double deluxe suite and got a standard double rhey did offer to move us the next day but no one wanted to pack up and move the stuff in the snow. They did not provide enough towels for us and we had to keep asking for clean towels. They didnt come to get rhe trash and then the bed bug issue.... ”

“I took my son and his friend for a belated birthday celebration. Our original trip was postponed due to a big snowstorm. When we arrived the staff was genuine and welcoming. At dinner the waitress was unbelievable. Kind, attentive AND when we said we were celebrating my son’s belated birthday and his friends birthday (the day prior) she surprised them with the most decadent chocolate cake. Our meals were delicious and we were so impressed with how special the server made the boys feel. ”

“Room was beautiful and the location was great. Contactless which I wasn't sure about but was great. Easy code to get into the building and our room and check out was just as easy. Lovely Tea/Coffee bar with snacks. Will stay here again.”
