"If you are budget traveller, yes. It was zoo n felt like not Japan, lots of chinese groups stay here. We got 3 bed room, no room to open luggage, but room had full shower, toilet, sink were good! (vs wasn't the unit bath all 3 in one tight room) breakfast was included and cheap. Location fantastic close to Tsukiji, has morning sushi. Make sure you go into small alley to find more authentic sushi. Buy japanese kitchen knife, soo good! And they ll fix and it many yrs to come. We keep bring our knifes back, they are best! "
