Es un hotel que no tiene personal de recepcion, gerente que lo reciba a uno la puerta principal cerrada sin huéspedes tarde 15 minutos tocando cuando me habren el encagado no está me dan un telefono para que le llame esperé y no llego, por lo tanto no me ispede y solicito la devo lucion del pago que realice tuve que buscar hotel en tlaya.
