“Excellent customer service front desk, and the young man taking care of the breakfast area.
Recently renovated. Rooms are clean. Bed was very comfortable.
The shower worked super!
10 out of a 10 foot this place!”
“Awesome secluded place to stay. Very cozy and clean. I am very glad we brought our “camping bin” however that has a lot of supplies, like utensils, paper plates, pan, spatula etc. We cooked all our meals on the grill. The kitchenette is nice but very small. The only sink is in the bathroom.
Great access to the Tail of the Dragon (25 min drive) which was the reason for our trip.
If you bring a trailer DO NOT try and take it to your cabin. Park outside the gate”
“Clean, modern property in a convenient location close to restaurants, stores, and highway access S’mores waffles were delicious in addition to variety of breakfast options. Friendly and helpful staff. 10/10”
“What a hidden gem near Townsend!! This is a very unique place to stay (I was just looking for a hotel room) The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has a neat walk in shower. Just like a bedroom with a gorgeous view of a mountain. If I'm ever back in the area, I will for sure stay again and a bit longer than just one night. Check in was SO easy. I didn't get the email because it was a last minute decision to stay, so I called and almost immediately got a text with information. Excellent find!!”
“Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too.
I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow
, you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.”
“The temperature in his room was very high, but they said there was nothing they could do because the boss was not at home. There are no customers in other rooms, and it is still said that there are no free rooms to replace. They rejected your request very calmly. There is no better word to evaluate them. Very bad experience”
