“Property was good for the price we paid and perfect for our needs. One thing needed… Floors were sticky. It may just be the cleaner they used. Also hot tub was cold water. We didn’t use it I til our last night so there was no need to ask for help with it. But I’m sure if we let them know it would have been fixed promptly. Communication was easy and great.”

“The building is dated but the unit itself has some fairly recent updates. Good size for 2 people. Anything more than that and you’d be on top of each other. Could use some facial tissue and sugar for the coffee. The outdoor pool was under repair and unavailable for use during our stay. Being on the 1st level and right above the outdoor pool, you could hear the construction work in the unit. “I loved the fact that although it was walking distance from town, it was not on the main street, so getting in and out was no problem. We were also very happy with the homey atmosphere. As to dislike, there was really only one thing, and that was because I wasn't aware that they didn't supply toiletries, so we had to make a quick trip to the drug store for shampoo and soap for the shower. ”

“This condo was fantastic! Being from Texas we don’t get a chance to see these views or the wildlife! Bears, bears and bears! It was never scary except for one time! He didn’t bother us at all! “My family and I stayed here for Christmas as our first time in Tennessee. It was a cute little condo at the top of the mountain. I do wish the condo was decorated for Christmas decor like I thought it was going to be. But overall, it was a very quaint place for my family of 5 and we enjoyed the fireplace and the views!”

“Perfect place for 2! It had everything we needed. Loved spending time on balcony around the trees. Would have loved to use the outdoor pool but we were there a bit early in the season for it. Also it had indoor parking available which was an amazing perk considering we had the chance of hail while we were there. We were able to keep our truck nice and safe!”

It was cozy, clean, and comfortable. “I called property management for more information on property and was told I did not have a reservation. I was unable to stay and had to book at another hotel. I requested refund through expedia and was denied. DO NOT RECOMMEND due to lack of communication. This has never happened before with any of my other stays.”
