“I did not receive any info from the host after booking. I had to reach out to them hours before our arrival to make sure we were set. We were supposed to be able to check-in at 4pm; we arrived at the front desk at 3:50pm to fill out the forms and scan my ID. I was told our condo was not ready and they would call me when it was available---no call. We went in again at 4:45pm and were told they forgot to call us. The "condo" is actually an old motel they "renovated" into a "resort." Those are all……

I was less than satisfied with the property office. Not accepting US Dollars is unacceptable as it is America's legal tender!! Even the restaurant didnt accept it. That alone would be the thing that would make me never come back again!”
