“It was very comfortable with comfortable beds and the AC worked well. It was stocked well and had everything we needed. Nice location close to stores and was close to the red rocks so we didn't have to drive far to get back after the concert we went to. They were very responsive to questions and allowed us to check in early. Over all we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend to others!!”

“We had a good stay at the RedRocks Cozy Home. The house was clean with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The host was excellent, responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve a couple of small issues that came up, which made our experience even smoother. The air conditioning was a huge plus during a week of hot weather. Our kids loved the Pac Man arcade, PS5, and pool table, and the hot tub was great for winding down at the end of the day. Even though it was located off the...

“Best property I have booked to date. They thought of everything - cooked almost every meal while there and everything we needed was right there to be found. The yard was beautiful and well kept. Everything was labeled and instructions for everything we're on hand. Very comfortable - fell asleep on the sofa one night and never woke. This was the reset I've needed for a really long time. Thanks guys.”

“The place was accommodating for a family of 4. But it need to more clean and maintenance.
The pull couch sheets was dirty, the TV did not work, window blinds didn't block out windows for changing. When we requested more towels, it brought in brown greasy used bag, so disgusting.”

“As a part of a long road trip across the country and back, this little place was so comfortable and welcoming! Clay is a great host. We liked so many things about the house, but I will begin with the location. There are several parks within walking distance. Old Town Arvada is a 25 minute walk and has so many charming shops and eateries. We went downtown to visit the capitol building too. The security guard told us about a tour beginning in just a few minutes. It was so informative and we really...
