“This was a wonderful VRBO for a large family. There is plenty of entertainment for all ages! The layout of the rooms in the bathrooms was ideal for everyone. A very beautiful home and a beautiful area!”

“There are two things people might want to know before booking this place:- First, the entrance is through the bathroom. That wasn't a big deal since I ended up staying by myself, but I was originally going to stay with a friend-of-a-friend attending the same event as me, which could've been awkward since we might have been coming and going at different times- There's currently a house being built right behind this, so that means construction noise, but that is presumably only temporary.Overall……

“Great hosts. Had a wedding in the area and house was perfect location to venue as well as house having amenities to get bridal party ready. Hosts were easy to get a hold of for questions and responded quickly. Highly recommend.”

I appreciate stylish decor and furnishings, this was beautifully done. There were generous and thoughtful details everywhere. We highly recommend and hope to be back.”

“We had a fantastic stay. The property was just as described, clean, maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect and close to everything. Also, the beds were comfortable and the hot tub was lovely.The host was very communicative and responsive throughout, which made check in and our entire stay stress free. “One of our best experiences ever with VRBO. The house was nice. Very clean. Everything worked. Very comfortable for us while in town for a wedding. The open kitchen/dining/living room area led to more family interaction. Also, several walks on the beautiful Hi Line trail which is accessed 2 blocks away. Enjoyed some time on the back patio as well. Relaxed family time.I highly recommend this house and host.Tim”

“Property offered convenience due to its location, but that’s about it. We spent 4 nights here, and everything was questionable from the very beginning. The rug in the living room and carpets throughout the house were severely dirty and can use some deep cleaning. The rug had curled corners which caused us to trip a few times. The stair railing had a missing post which makes us further question the safety of this place. Also, occupancy certificate posted by front door expired 8/2023, something……
