“Everything was clean and new and good quality. Looking out the front windows was a stunning view of the mountains. There is an attached 2 car garage plus plenty of street parking.The owner was very responsive when I had questions. The mattresses were high quality and so were all the linens. Looking forward to return visits. Great location.”

“Host quickly replied when needed. House was very nice, kitchen well equipped with pots and utensils (bring your own baking pans & a can opener if you will need them - I had to hunt down an open store on Thanksgiving Day to get a can opener).The front door key pad didn’t work but host provided alternative key location so that was fine. The backyard is fenced with a door leading to the garage but the garage door opener was not in the home so we could not use it. The two backdoors were unlocked……

“Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”. No direct message from the host with an apology or explanation, and no response after I’d messaged them asking if they’d canceled due to the snow. Not surprised, this is the first host that hadn’t……

“Good stay and towels/toiletries were provided. But got there and the garage was opened, was a little confused by this and wondered if we were in the right place. Turns out the garage opener on the outside was having issues, owner called me and let me know it was the right place, but we couldn’t park in front of the garage as it was reserved for the people staying upstairs. Had no clue that there would be people upstairs (it’s at least not accessible) but the people above us had what sounded like……
