“We received no response from the host—not the day before check-in, nor the day of. The phone number listed went straight to voicemail. I contacted Vrbo support and did receive a full refund, but it took several days for the credit to show up.Because of the last-minute cancellation, I was forced to book a hotel on the spot at double the price just to stay in the area. “We had access to a garage, but no way to open the door until we exited the vehicle in the front of the house, used front door keypad, walked through house to back door to open door while other person drove around to back of house and waited. This would have easily been solved by leaving a garage door opener for use. Missing a lot of basic essential items… no toaster, baking sheets for oven, oven mitts, cooking essentials like salt/sugar, extra sheets for beds. The master only had fitted sheet……

“I found the Acoma House quite charming, clean and loved the artwork. There was not really a kitchen but a fridge, microwave and hotplate, which I did not use. My only complaint was the coffee maker, which took pods and didn’t give a full cup. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area”
