The front of the house faces an industrial area while the back/side face some other houses that aren’t necessarily as well kept. Again, nothing that would keep me from staying. "We would highly recommend staying at this property. We had 10 in our group and there was plenty of sleeping room. The bunk beds are larger than they look in the pictures, so you can easily sleep 2 in a bed. No instructions on how to go from getting the key in a lockbox to taking the elevator crossing through the parking garage, finding the doors to the building and playing guess which direction the room is. Hallways smelled awful. Took me forever to find my room. The room was very clean but a little stark. Could use some more pictures or something to make it homier. "
