. From the moment I entered the hotel parking lot I had a wonderful stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful. If you stay at a Tru by Hilton you always know where the ice and filtered water is. They have a small area where you can purchase coke and other things. The rooms are clean and I love that the rooms don’t have carpeting it makes it easier with a wheelchair. They have a designated area for pet relief which has really nice grass. "
