The Wigwam is such a beautiful place and the staff all made me feel like a princess. Food is outstanding and support for our meeting was excellent. I’ve been there several times and noticed the property needs a little “fixing up” now, which hopefully can get done in the summer. I’ll go back again because it is a special place that honors the history of the Valley and the beauty of the desert.

The location of the resort was perfect. The villa we stayed in was clean. There was no noise which was perfect. Having the creek behind the property is a 10. Really enjoyed oir stay. Will definitely stay at the arroyo creek resort in the future.

Area could use some work. Maybe larger. Wasn’t able to use overcrowded on high temp day in Mach. Too many people in pool and not enough shade or seating

The room and the grounds were wonderful. We had one of the cottages for an overnight.
The refrigerator did not work and we noticed it too late thus our food was spoiled. The ac in the front part of the cottage did not work. After i informed mgmt at checkout they said they will look into it.

The pull-out bed was in very poor condition—sunken in the middle and lacking proper support—making it unsuitable for sleeping.
Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating.
Given the price of the stay, the overall experience did not meet expectations. It may be worth noting that staying during a holiday week or weekend could impact service quality, as the hotel did not seem adequately equipped to deliver the level of service it aims to provide.

The hotel is older, very rustic and dated. No vibe. Our suite was large and spacious. Didn’t appreciate that there was no housekeeping. We stayed during March Break so it was really busy, hard to find parking close to our room at the end of the day. Great location. We didn’t dine at the hotel.
