The amenities and services in the hotel are very good. However, since there are no buildings next door, the signs for entering can be somewhat hard to read, and if you try to enter through the main entrance, it is relatively far from the station, so I felt that the access to the hotel was not as good as it was described.

Fun place to stay as a family! Next to amusement park, indoor and (paid for) outdoor pool. Onsen on property. Fun things like carousel, arcade and lots of (paid for) activities. A bit cumbersome that things like indoor gymnasium has to be booked one day before would have been better to be open for all etc (and more used), dated facilities (old pool/waterslide etc), and food quality is average at best at a high cost. Overall great stay and kids enjoyed it!
