"My family and i stayed here for a week. Very nice hot breakfast, very clean dining area. Room was very spacious and clean. Pool options were great my daughter is 5 and just learning to swim and this hotel offered a toddler pool as well as the big pool and hot tub. The game room was great. Laundry room worked well washers and dryers are alittle old but they worked well. Customer service was excellent anytime we needed anything like towels or toilet tissue they were really quick with getting the items to us. Hotel was very quiet even when they was packed with people you never heard any noise. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and my family and I will definitely be staying here again."

"Loved our stay at Music Road resort hotel. We arrived a little early to check in. Staff went above and beyond to get us situated so we could make our dinner show. Spacious room was well appointed. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river, with amazing views of the Smokies. Definitely worth the upgrade IMO. "

"So much to do you’d never have to leave! Awesome indoor and outdoor water park to keep kids entertained for hours! Tons of other activities for kids and a pool party in the afternoons with music, beach balls and free snow cones! 100% recommend! Only thing I would change would be warmer water in indoor pool. "
