"The accommodations were amazing. We loved our villa. Our concierge, Paulina, was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff weee always trying to please, even if they messed up or were taking too long. They were trying. We were a bit shocked at how much all the food and drinks cost. It was quite high for the quality received. The beach seemed to be somewhat destroyed from some storms but they had some blockades to control the waves. "

"Secrets Moxché is our go-to resort in Playa, as this was our 2nd time here. The staff, location, food and vibe are exceptional. This is a luxury resort that smothers you with beautiful decor, service and food. if you strive for a non-stop party resort then this isn't for you. Another thing to note, is they are not friendly to smokers or vapers, so if you smoke/vape be prepared to sign a contract at checkin and smoke in an unshaded bench on the other side of the property. "Nicest room we’ve ever had at any hotel ever. Food was good, service good. Water park was amazing for my kids, age 9 and 6. Beach was beautiful with soft white sand. The seaweed problem wasn’t too bad while we were there in early April. I would recommend this place to families with young children. "
