We have stayed at the Fairmont Mayakoba hotel more than 10 times. This was our first visit to Heritage place. Absolutely everything about the property was amazing. Having 3 bedrooms each with ensuites was a total bonus for our extended family. There are 2 beautiful pool areas that you essentially have to yourself. Being separate from the main hotel but still enjoying all of the hotel amenities was like having the best of both worlds. Our incredible butler, Alejandro, was always available and could not have been more helpful. We already have our next visit planned and can't wait to return

Our experience at Fairmont Mayakoba was nothing short of exceptional. From the pre-arrival planning (with our rockstar butler FERNANDA) to our arrival, everything was perfect. The team (now family) at Fairmont Mayakoba helped us with anything we needed (medicine when our little was under the weather, to sundry items that we didn't have and needed). The suite was perfectly appointed and every detail tended to. Our housekeeping and turndown teams were exceptional as well. We just got back and are already planning our return!
