"Our stay for a week was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurants have great options. The service was impeccable across the property, except in the Mexican restaurant where service was very slow. Outside of that everything else was great. My only drawback was the beach as it is small and the waters are not what you expect in Cancun. Brown due to the reef. So if you come for the beach this is not a great place for you. "

"Very nice Tropical Hotel. Not very modern but clean and functional. I didn’t like that the Hotel counts with two separate buildings half a block apart. The main building has a bigger pool and is right off Famous Fifth Avenue. The other still very close but not right off the strip. Very small Pool. Parking sucks if you leave at night. The parking attendants there 24/7 can be very helpful. "

"The staff i dealt with were all really freindly and helpful. The rooms, pool areas, and beach were all clean. You could see staff testing water and cleaning every day. The food in the Lindo was good and would recommend the step up over beach as the buffets were better. My only one negative was getting reservations for dinners. We got most we wanted but couldnt get rodizio. I understand this will be changed to walk in which will help. Really loved the resort and would definitely go back. "

"This is a great resort only if you have the swim up. The food was okay. Most of the bar staff were great. Waitresses walking pool side rarely came by even if you tipped well. The beach was unusable but not the fault of resort. Clean property. We didn’t have hot water our entire stay but was about the same temp as the pool so it wasn’t the worst. I did call front desk a few times but it wasn’t going to ruin our stay. Bellhops were amazing and friendly. One big and I mean big thing is there’s no timeshare people or presentation."
