Excellent courteous staff -- had a parking ticket issue while loading in front of hotel -- hotel manager took care of it -- really went the extra mile. Per fect location, great bar and restaurant downstairs. Will continue to stay there on my trips to NY.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Amy at the reception desk was great. Turned a possibly annoying delay checking in into a very positive outcome. Handled the situation with professionalism and poise.
The location is fantastic. Just steps to all the best shops and restaurants and bars.

"Great location - walked everywhere to everything !"
Had a great first trip to NYC. Saw the Met Opera live the first night in town, went to "Phantom of the Opera", went to Avery Fisher Hall to hear an open rehearsal of the NY Philharmonic with guest conductor Esa Pekka Solonen......and loved it so much that I bought a ticket and went back to hear the same concert the next evening! I spent quite a lot of time at Lincoln Center and took a backstage tour of the MET - and also was invited to meet the radio producer of the MET, Mary Jo Heath which was most enjoyable. Also took in the Empire State Building and loved walking back to my hotel along 5th Avenue.
