Alamo - Riverwalk Days Inn

The only complaint about this hotel was that I had to pay an additional $10 for parking at check-in that I was unaware of. Also, the internet connection was horrible. Other than that, the hotel was extremely nice! I was content with my stay.

"Ideally situated charming B&B"
We spent 2 nights in this charming B&B. You feel like home in this beautiful house, Our room ("Bordeaux") was large and nicely decorated with ancient furniture. Free and fast WiFi. The room has a lovely terrace and a large bathroom. Location: very central, close to Alamo and the river walk, as well as to restaurants and bars. A continental breakfast was included in the offer, however the b&b was not informed. After a phone call a breakfast was nicely brought to our room. The only drawback is the train, quite loud, you have sometimes the impression it passes just behind the house. In conclusion, we can warmly recommend this B&B!

"Historic Hotel close to Alamo and Riverwalk"
We checked in at midnight on Thursday night. Staff was cheery and helpful. Room was reasonably spacious, very clean and well equipped. Very quite too.We went down for their breakfast every morning. Waffles, bangles, toast, cereal, Yogurt, coffee, juices and anything else you wanted. Walk out the front door of the hotel you are at the back gate of the Alamo. Walk out the side door and you are at the Riverwalk. Cleaning people were very cooperative and through. We always got extra packages to make coffe in our room. Did not turn the TV on - too much to do. At night people came down to play games or cards in the back sitting area. Not much to show the history but you could read about it.

"Wonderful B&B"
This is an absolutely fabulous place to stay in San Antonio. Our suite was very comfortable, convenient to Riverwalk and, most importantly, very quiet. AND ... to top off our stay, breakfast was brought to our suite. Each morning between 8 and 8:15 a basket was left at our door. It contained bagels, large muffins, jelly, cream cheese, and orange juice. Plus, the room has a coffee pot that make a full pot of coffee. I can't recommend Arbor House highly enough!

"Very cute and quaint B&B!!!"
Loved this place, wish I had more time to enjoy it as we had my Squadron Chrismtas party an hour after we checked in then I had to leave really early the next morning to run in the Rock n Roll half marathon. But my husband was there to enjoy the breakfast and he said it was phenomenal! We would love to come back as we live just 30 min away!

When you stay in a unique bed and breakfast, a San Antonio trip becomes even more special.

Any visit to this city must include a trip to the Alamo, the old mission that became the face of the Texas Revolution. You can explore the church (the actual building most of us associate with the Alamo) and the long barrack, which served as quarters for the missionaries during Spanish rule. Still curious about local history? Your next stop should be the San Antonio Botanical Garden. You can wander the garden’s many trails and visit more historical buildings, like a log cabin and several other houses from the 1800s, which have been relocated to the premises over the years.

Why not enjoy the beauty of San Antonio without spending a fortune on the trip? When you stay in a bed and breakfast, you can expect home-cooked meals and carefully appointed bedrooms. offers a number of hotels for you to check out, whether you want to stay in a historic bed and breakfast or a more modern 3-star hotel. The sky’s the limit when you book with us.
