“Everything was excellent, the only things that were kinda inconvenient were that there was no extra tissue when we ran out and that there’s a lot of noise in the middle of the night and early morning due to being in the middle of the city. Other than that it was excellent. I would definitely go back. ”

“Nice hotel but not great location on the Riverwalk. Valet parking was a ridiculous price of $65 per night and the none valet parking option was in a very sketchy garage. Room was nice and clean, restaurant was good for breakfast. Was not a good choice for going to a concert at the Majestic Theater, walking late at night back to hotel was not safe.”

I booked a room with two beds, but they gave me a room with only one king-size bed. We stayed for three nights, and on the first night, the water pressure was extremely low, making it almost impossible to shower. We reported the issue to customer service the next day, but the repair attempt was ineffective. We reported the problem again that evening, and only after making……
