“Loved having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. Everything was as advertised. ”

“Overall, the property is beautiful. We experienced a few issues. The A/C in our room did not work. Maintenance looked at it and fixed it but it stopped working sometime during the night. The room was uncomfortably warm. We also had an issue getting a luggage trolley. A staff member stated he would bring it to our room but we ended up hauling our luggage down by hand. Most of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant was great.”

“The location is excellent, right in the center of the Riverwalk, which is very convenient, but the service was terrible. I booked a room with two beds, but they gave me a room with only one king-size bed. We stayed for three nights, and on the first night, the water pressure was extremely low, making it almost impossible to shower. We reported the issue to customer service the next day, but the repair attempt was ineffective. We reported the problem again that evening, and only after making……
