“The room was so spacious and clean! I loved the fact you can hop onto any subway and get around the city easily from this location! Tons of food options and you can even leave and come back across the city within 30 minutes if you want to bring food back to the hotel, bring extra because you can heat it up later! I loved the view of the hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly. Was probably my favorite stay of any hotel. The Roku box came in clutch especially for late night movie watching……

“No cleaning service the entire time I was there, and the supposed two free bottles of water per day were not delivered. The bed took up virtually the entire room, which isn’t that unusual in NYC, but it means the A/C vent blows right onto the bed and makes for an uncomfortable sleep. Bed and pillows were ok, bathroom amenities were basic but fine. It was quieter than I expected, being located in the middle of lots of major sites/theaters/restaurants.”
