“The hotel and grounds were lovely and clean. The breakfast was great and lots of choice. Rooms ideal as there was a large TV, fridge and microwave (also air con) Housekeeping every day and all the staff were lovely. The only downside for me was the location as about 6 miles to the city. You either have to drive or be prepared to pay for an Uber. Overall a very nice stay :)”

“Staff was very nice at check in. The elevator was not working which was rather inconvenient - they could not accommodate me with a first floor room but did switch to a second floor room. Room was small but cozy. Linens were fresh and clean - bathroom was also very clean. Was a good room at a kinda expensive rate but all hotels on the Kansas City metropolitan area have raised their rates due to the impending FIFA World Cup games.”

“We ended up having to switch rooms because our air conditioner was not working, both rooms were dirty upon arrival. Food crumbs in both beds, food on the wall from where people threw it against it into the trash. Staff was super nice, pool was heated and quiet”

“I find it funny that you are asking me to review my stay at your hotel when you canceled my reservation without letting me know. I was four hours away from home and had no place to stay and I had children with me. You claimed my card was declined but what really I think happened was you oversold your rooms. Everything was sold out in the area except for one hotel, which I was able to get a very nice room with the same credit card that you said was declined. Turns out my card was just fine! Your……

“Room was clean but tile in the shower is moldy. Front desk clerks were all veey nice.”

“Had a bit of an issue with finding the hotel. They haven't changed the hotel name sign on front of the property. Lots of construction, maybe my stay would have been better if the renovation had been completed prior to my stay.”
