“They had some technical issues with the booking of their rooms and had oversold their two bed suites with the pull out couch by a lot. Numerous families had booked rooms and upon trying to check in they were not available. The staff got us taken care of by splitting our large family into two rooms because everything else in the area was booked and couldn’t make other accommodations. But it was less than ideal to have our kids sleeping in another room!”

“I lost money at this hotel. I lived on the 3rd floor. I went out to the balcony. They fell into the room and smoked in the room. I didn’t know the other thing. I also deducted my bank card for $266.88. Too bad. Don’t go live.”

“First room didn’t have what I paid for, no sofa at all, second room had a sofa but no bed in it. Bathroom Door was broken and it was dirty in the room also it had small roaches. Immediately cancelled. ”

“The staff when we checked in was very nice and welcoming. The staff when checked out was completely ignoring me was too busy on his phone to pay attention to me standing there to ask a question and check out. Room had stinky stuff on the stand and had blood stain or something on the bed sheets. Rooms are outdated but worked for what we needed for a quick stay.”

“Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations for local dining. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortably sized with a great bed perfect after long days at the park. Location is convenient, just a short drive to Kings Island and plenty of restaurants nearby.”
