There was mildew in the edge of the bathtub, the air conditioner was not working properly. I would set it at 68 F when I went to bed and by morning my room was as at 78F. I stayed 4 nights and my room was never cleaned even though I requested it several times. I was visiting a family member that was hospitalized & left early &……

“The room the hotel gave us was very noisy. When the upstairs people used water in my room, there was a very loud sound of running water coming from the pipes. My child was woken up several times a night. I reported the situation to the front desk and played the recording to them, but I didn't get any help and the front desk was very indifferent.”
