“Well, upon arriving at the hotel, I did not see any staff members except for construction workers on site. I would not have stayed there if I had known a few things beforehand. I checked in through a live person on camera, and later found out that the staff handling check-ins and check-outs were physically located in India. I just hope Super 8 has a strong protocol in place to protect guests’ personal information, since I was required to scan my ID and credit card during the check-in process.”

“Beautiful historic property cleverly repurposed into a cozy inn. Our stay was delightful until synth harp music began blaring from the downstairs living room at 8 am. We have never experienced such a rude awakening and discovered it was set up on a Bluetooth speaker downstairs on what seemed to be max volume as we left - including commercials! If this is their way of making sure everyone is out earlier than the stated check out time I can attest it worked, but can’t recommend it for the same……

“This did not match at all what the photos showed. Check in was not smooth. Nobody was there. “We really loved this place. The property is in the most amazing spot you can imagine, ya know, if you can imagine a sprawling view of the Pacific Ocean replete with rock formations and wildlife perfectly complemented by the lovely coastal landscape.
